1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpeechByEm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Not a Medical Service

SpeechByEm is an educational and wellness tool. It is not intended to replace formal clinical medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Subscription & Billing

Free accounts include access to 3 exercises indefinitely. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpeechByEm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
